Biography
Omer Subasi is a computer scientist in the High-Performance Computing group in the Physical and Computational Sciences Directorate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. His research focuses on high-performance computing, quantum computing, classical and quantum machine learning, cybersecurity, and network science. Subasi’s studies include classical simulation of quantum systems, noise analysis in quantum algorithms, mathematical models for cybersecurity in emerging 5G technologies, resilience of complex networks of networks, and fault-tolerance for high-performance computing systems.
He has published in International Conference for High Performance Computing Networking, Storage, and Analysis, International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Processing, International Conference on Parallel Processing, High Performance Computing, IEEE Cluster Conference, International Symposium on Cluster, Cloud and Internet Computing, and Computing Frontiers Conference conference proceedings. Subasi has also published in International Journal of High Performance Computing Applications and Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems journals.
