Community Building
Building a Community
Realizing the goal of resiliency via autonomic control will require broad community effort—including government stakeholders driving policy and establishing funding priorities. We are also engaging with partner research organizations, including academia, federally funded research and development centers, and industry to engage in cooperative R&D from basic science to applications.
This community will seek to drive innovative technologies and influence standards and best practices for modern interdependent, digitally controlled infrastructures that are increasingly supporting our nation’s economic development and security. PNNL is actively building this community through internships, joint appointees, cooperative proposals, collaborative projects and publications, and by hosting meetings, workshops, and many other opportunities.
