Window Retrofits: Ultralight Window Insulating Panels
Abstract
This technical report includes the results of a 2-year field evaluation of ultralight window insulating panels at a U.S. General Services Administration Building, Eau Clair Federal Courthouse. The panels produced 2% - 7% building energy savings depending on the baseline window configuration and climate zone.Published: October 16, 2025
