Seminar Abstract
Progress toward a cleaner planet relies on Environmental Science. Researchers across a wide range of fields are needed as part of multi-disciplinary teams working to solve the complex problems related to contaminated soil and groundwater remediation.
Internships are a great way to explore careers and gain experience, whether you’re in high school, college, or grad school. Opportunities exist for environmental science internships at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and other Department of Energy national laboratories for students in engineering, material science, geology, hydrology, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, data science, and more.
Learn about work being done to address environmental challenges and how you could be part of that work through internship programs such as SULI, CCI, MSIPP, SRAP, and YWIS, during this webinar held on Wednesday, December 14, by the Center for Remediation of Complex Sites (RemPlex).
For more information about internships at PNNL in all research areas, visit our STEM Education internship programs website.
