Converged Applications

Define DMC Challenge Problems
Deliver DMC capabilities to domain scientists and power grid systems engineers
Address gap between domain models and tightly integrated methods of scientific machine learning
Define Proxy Apps that represent the computing bottlenecks of converged workloads

Address need for a single programming framework for development of Converged Applications
Deliver scalable and composable software framework to map the applications to DMC heterogeneous computing architectures
Develop and test concepts for innovative heterogeneous and reconfigurable architectures to measure and estimate performance and energy efficiency for DMC Converged Applications
Define Abstract Machine Models for DMC conceptual designs for heterogeneous processor, node and system architectures
