Biography

Will Eaton is a project manager and waste glass melter specialist at PNNL. Will has over 25 years of both technical and managerial experience in research, private industry, and Department of Energy waste management projects. With degrees in ceramic engineering and glass science from Alfred University, Will has contributed to vitrification programs for the West Valley, Savannah River, and the Hanford sites. Roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career have spanned from fundamental research, NQA-1 level applied research, and first-of-a-kind design to equipment procurement, contract management, staff management, operations support, and streamlining of engineering and quality programs.
