Biography

Joelle Reiser is a chemist in the Radiological Materials group within the Nuclear Sciences Division at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). A large portion of her research focuses on the development and performance of nuclear waste materials, including glass, cement, and ceramics. Reiser first joined PNNL as a graduate intern in 2016 while earning her PhD from Washington State University. After graduating in 2018, she remained at PNNL as a postdoctoral researcher before transitioning to a permanent staff member in 2020.
