Materials scientist Olga Marina has been appointed an associate editor of the Journal of the Electrochemical Society.

The U.S. Department of Energy has selected the Scalable Predictive Methods for Excitations and Correlated Phenomena project to receive funding to develop software for chemical research.

PNNL’s Olga Marina and Shank Kulkarni were recognized for their hydrogen research at the DOE Hydrogen Program’s annual merit review June 7–11.

The project received an Innovative and Novel Computational Impact on Theory and Experiment (INCITE) award, a highly competitive U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science program.

PNNL’s Nick Barilo was recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy for outstanding his contribution to the hydrogen community.

PNNL materials scientist Kevin Simmons is part of a collaboration that was recognized for work in hydrogen safety, codes and standards recently at the DOE Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Program annual merit review and peer evaluation.
