Licensing Process

1. Download and complete the Government Use Acknowledgement (GUA) and Schedule A (pdf). 
2. Send the signed Schedule A to PNNL for approval via fax to (509) 375-4487 or email to david.long@pnnl.gov. 
3. Within five working days, receive approval notification via email with a Customer ID and instructions for downloading and installing IN-SPIRE. Please save this email for future installations.

Battelle/PNNL Staff Members

Battelle and PNNL staff can download and install IN-SPIRE for internal use from the PNNL App Store.  

IN-SPIRE Battelle/PNNL License Agreements 

Wanting to install a copy at a client’s site? If they are a government client, please have them sign a GUA. Commercial clients will need to sign a contract and pay the commercial price. Please reach out to inspire.support@pnnl.gov.

System Requirements 

IN-SPIRE was developed to operate on mid-level Windows workstations and servers. IN-SPIRE is currently running under Windows 10 and Windows 11. A typical IN-SPIRE computer would include a 1.5 Ghz processor, 4Gb of memory, and 200 Gb disk drive. About 20-50 Gb should be available to store the program and associated datasets. IN-SPIRE will operate on much less powerful configurations, but dataset size may be limited. There are no special graphics card requirements.
