PTM Discoverer’s mission is to accelerate the discovery of novel post-translational modifications of proteins to advance molecular sciences in biological and environmental research. The project uses reasoning LLMs, zero-shot prompting, cloud computing, and the agentic paradigm to accomplish these goals.
