Agentic Discovery and Exploration Platform for Tools (ADEPT)

ADEPT is an open-source platform that connects large language models to high-performance computing resources, scientific tools, and domain-specific workflows through secure Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based orchestration. It enables scientists to submit computing jobs, run specialized analyses, and coordinate multi-step research workflows using natural language.
