Group Leader, Future Computing Technologies Group
Kevin Barker is the group leader for PNNL's Future Computing Technologies group and is the leader of the Advanced Architecture Testbed thrust in the ENCODE project.

The goal of the Advanced Architecture Testbed Thrust is to is to develop verification and validation methods and tools to assess the correctness, performance, and efficiency of novel hardware concepts developed in the Intelligent Hardware Design Thrust both during the design phase and after prototype fabrication.  These methods will integrate into an end-to-end design and assessment flow encompassing software tools and physical testbeds.
