Isaac Kwame Attah
Isaac Kwame Attah
Biography
Isaac Kwame Attah is a mass spectrometry (MS) scientist in the Biological Sciences Division at PNNL. He earned his BS in chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana. In 2013, he earned his PhD in physical chemistry from the Virginia Commonwealth University where his research was in gas-phase ion chemistry (using ion mobility techniques) and MS instrument development. After graduation, he stayed at Virginia Commonwealth University as a postdoctoral fellow. In 2016, he joined the Instrument Development and Deployment Team within the Biological Sciences Division. Three years later, Attah joined the Biosample Pipeline group, working on method development and applications of liquid chromatography and MS for high throughput MS-based applications.
