A Two-Electron Storage Nonaqueous Organic Redox Flow Battery

Abstract

We demonstrated a two-electron nonaqueous redox flow battery based on structurally tailored organic phenothiazine catholyte and anthraquinone anolyte materials, with doubled charge storage capacities and two voltage plateaus observed in electrochemical cell tests.
