This report calculates the activity data for GHG emissions based on two 1000 MWe ANRs. The GHG emissions in ANR GEIS and Appendix H are PPE values that must be met by an applicant as directed by RG4.2. This report provides PPE (upper bounding) values for relevant activity data that an applicant could use to demonstrate that their total GHG emissions are less than the target of 2,534,000 MT CO2e over the lifecycle of 97 years. Thus, the applicant does not need to have detailed calculations of GHG emissions for various activities. The activity data provided in this report would provide a surrogate of GHG emissions for demonstration to NRC.
