The Materials for the Hydrogen Economy Symposium is being hosted by Materials Science & Technology (MS&T) 2005 Conference and Exhibition, September 25-28, 2005 in Pittsburgh, PA. Materials play a critical role in overcoming technological barriers, such as cost, durability and performance, which impede the adoption of a hydrogen economy. This symposium will provide a forum for the presentation of advances in materials research and development vital for a hydrogen economy. Abstracts are invited in the areas of materials for hydrogen production, purification, delivery, storage, hydrogen-based power systems such as fuel cells, and hydrogen embrittlement.
