The interaction between the chaperone SecB and its ligands: Evidence for multiple subsites for binding

Abstract

We have used titration calorimetry, analytical ultracentrifugation, and electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry to obtain that subsites exist.
