Abstract

The Impact of Sector Energy Technologies (ImSET) model is a special-purpose version of the National Benchmark Input-Output (I-O) model that has been modified specifically to estimate the national employment and income effects of the deployment of energy-saving technologies. This version of ImSET uses the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis 2007 national input-output table.
