Handbook for Promoting Behavior-Based Energy Efficiency in Military Housing

Abstract

Department of Energy's Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) has a mission to reduce the cost of government by advancing energy efficiency, water conservation, and the use of solar and other renewable technologies. These activities support requirements stated in the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and goals established in the June 1999 Executive Order 13123.
