Abstract

Why do those in the lighting industry continue to volunteer? How do they keep going year after year as busy, successful professionals? These are questions that have crossed my mind many times as I have witnessed people throughout the lighting industry who not only dutifully renew their professional memberships each year, but continue to contribute their time and talent. So I asked a few of the many dedicated professionals these questions during the 2015 IES Annual Conference.
