The Objective of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Workshop on the Review of Dose Modeling Methods for Demonstration of Compliance with the Radiological Criteria for License Termination are to: 1) provide the NRC staff and the public with an overview of currently available Federally-sponsored dose models appropriate for decommissioning assessments; and 2) discuss NRC staff-developed questions related to the model selection criteria with the final rule on "Radiological Criteria for License Termination." The Framework for Risk Analysis in Multimedia Environmental Systems (FRAMES) represents a software platform which links elements together and yet does not represent the models that are linked to or with it; therefore, changes to elements that are linked to or within FRAMES do not change the framework.
