LifeTime™ Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a unique, clinical-stage, proof-of-concept biopharmaceutical development company focused on using non-toxic drugs to stimulate and modulate a person's immune system to fight currently incurable cancer and fatal viral infection. Compounds currently under development by the company seek to eliminate and prevent recurrence of potentially fatal cancers and infectious syndromes. The collaborative efforts, if successful, will permit identification of new naturally occurring bio therapeutics for treating cancer. LifeTime™ Pharmaceuticals, Inc would provide in-kind matching of DOE’s funding through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). That CRADA is the subject of this report. The proposal was ultimately funded and the CRADA between LifeTime™ Pharmaceuticals, Inc and PNNL was established. PNNL managed the research activities performed by scientists at State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology (GOSNIIKOhT) in support the collaborative efforts between LifeTime Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and (GOSNIIKOhT) in developing commercial viable analogs as bio therapeutics.
