This overview summarizes four case studies which highlight different approaches to energy equity taken by Hawaii, Illinois, Virginia and Wisconsin. They have started in varying places on equity integration and taken unique approaches. The case studies assess structural themes across the four states and examine common and foundational energy equity actions.
