Abstract

The effects of water on carboxylic acid ketonizaiton reaction over solid Lewis acid catalysts were examined by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy (DRIFTS), temperature-programed desorption (TPD), and kinetic measurements.
