This proposal includes several updates to the hydrogen system and transportation technologies that were performed between June 2022 and June 2023: hydrogen combustion turbines for backup electricity; updated medium and heavy-duty truck costs; charging infrastructure costs for BEV LDVs; nuclear-hydrogen production update; revision to industrial energy use's hydrogen cogeneration technology; hydrogen emissions and fugitive emissions. It is a follow-up to Core Model Proposal 359.
