Chopping of Near- and Mid-Infrared Radiation using a Curled Electrostatic MEMS Actuator

Abstract

The SPIE AeroSense symposium is designed to meet the technical, educational, and business needs of the engineers and scientists who develop and utilize electro-optical, digital, and microwave technologies for sensor-related areospace and defense applications. Discussions of both "spin-on" and "spin-off" commercial applications of defense and aerospace related technologies help keep members of the scientific and technical community at the cutting edge of their professions.
