Chemistry for the Environment-Energy Nexus at PNNL

Abstract

Environment and energy are joined in an often troubled relationship. The Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is working to bring harmony to this relationship by focusing on the energy/environment nexus, where using and producing energy impacts the environment. For graduate students in chemical sciences interested in working to reduce the environmental impacts of energy and provide cleaner fuels for the future, we offer opportunities to shape the future.
