Characterization of the Temporal Behavior of Ultrashort Pulses Emerging from a Near-field Fiber Probe

Abstract

A photon correlation technique has been used to characterize the temporal behavior of a picosecond pulse train emerging from an aluminum coated, near-field probe with a 100 nm aperture.
