Characterization of Nanocomposite Materials Prepared via Laser Ablation of Pt/TiO2 Bi-combinant Targets

Abstract

Pt/TiO2 thin film nanocomposites have been prepared using a novel process of bicombinant target PLD. Pt nanoparticles may have been produced in a post-deposition process of rapid surface diffusion.
