Central energy plant assessment strategy used at
Redstone, Fort Jackson

Abstract

Using information gathered by PNNL researchers at Redstone Arsenal and Fort Jackson, this article describes the strategy for dealing with aging central energy systems, and how to employ the "middle ground" between keeping or replacing such systems called "pruning."
