Abstract

This section contribution to the Roadmap for Productive Nanosystems gives a summary of the history, growth methods, structures, types and interesting properties of carbon nanotubes. Also included is a description of how atomically precise manufacturing might advance the field of carbon nanotubes. Resources for further information and additional reading are provided.
