This report documents the comparison of two frequency locking techniques for the four-cavity system under development for run 2A of the Axion Dark Matter eXperiment (ADMX). This report covers the requirements and technical challenges facing both of these techniques, a summary of tests performed at the University of Florida in late 2017 / early 2018 in order to compare them, and the final outcome and decision based on these tests and subsequent analysis.
