I joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in 1999 as a software developer, building web-based solutions for both internal and external customers. Throughout my career, I have focused on staying current with modern software engineering practices and developing strong leadership skills.

I currently serve as a Digital Platform Manager, responsible for shaping and executing digital strategies in close partnership with business stakeholders. In this role, I collaborate with business leaders to define strategic roadmaps and guide technology investments that deliver measurable outcomes. I also lead an agile delivery team—including Project Managers, Backlog Managers, and Engineers—ensuring our teams effectively plan, prioritize, and deliver digital platforms that advance PNNL’s mission and long-term digital vision.
