Biography

With more than 30 years of project management service in the private and public sectors, Becky Redeker, MSPM, PMP, believes that proficiency in soft skills is as important as proficiency in technical skills when managing projects at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Most of her career has been in service to her country, as a federal employee or a consultant with the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and Department of Energy facilities, employing strong, industry-standard principles to complete projects. At PNNL, Redeker has supported complex, defense and energy-related projects, including the Pit Disassembly Conversion Facility, the Cybersecurity Risk Information Sharing Program, and most recently, a portfolio of supply chain risk management projects.

As a team leader, Redeker is a passionate helper, mentor, and communicator. She values collaboration and trust in her relationships and is committed to fostering a team culture of innovation, inclusion, and support.

Redeker is also an avid Green Bay Packers owner and fan and advocates for exposing ourselves to the diverse cultures of the world as often as possible.
