Priscila Lalli
Biography
Priscila Lalli is a biomedical scientist with the Biosample Pipeline team in the Biological Sciences Division at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Lalli is responsible for maintaining and advancing liquid chromatography mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography ion mobility mass spectrometry pipelines for metabolomics.
Lalli has more than 10 years’ experience in analysis of small molecules by ion mobility and mass spectrometry, including different mass analyzers (time-of-flight, quadrupole, Orbitrap, Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance) and ionization sources. She is experienced in method development, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
She obtained her PhD in chemistry from the State University of Campinas with Professor Marcos Eberlin at the ThoMSon Mass Spectrometry Laboratory and then completed a postdoctoral appointment at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory with Professor Alan Marshall. Before joining PNNL, Lalli was a research scientist at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory studying petroleum heavy ends (high boiling point and polar species) by Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance/mass spectrometry and ion mobility spectrometry/mass spectrometry.
