Biography

 

Pamela Harrington has more than 20 years’ experience at PNNL as a trusted partner in developing institutional-level communications and directorate communication strategies for internal and external audiences. She has worked directly with the highest levels of management to develop messages, presentations and speeches consistent with directorate and Laboratory strategies as well as experience developing a broad range of communication products for various audiences. She works with the Lab Director each month to produce a monthly column featuring PNNL's science and technology for the Tri-City Herald, with more than 50 published and archived here.

In addition to her current role providing communications support to the Lab Director's Office, her past roles include serving as the Communication Lead for the Energy and Environment Directorate, supporting the Mission and Internal Communications team, Employee Concerns Program Manager, Communication Manager for the Energy and Environment Directorate, and Marketing Communications Specialist.
