Biography

Neale has worked on cyber security, systems administration, and software engineering. He developed a technique to decode undocumented malware network traffic, and has been involved in numerous high-profile cybersecurity incident investigations across the Department of Energy. He currently leads Cyber Fire: a DOE cybersecurity training program bringing together almost a dozen DOE national labs, plants, and sites.
