Biography
Mike Parker is a Pacific Northwest National Laboratory project manager and a domain lead on the PNNL PolicyAI Team. On the PolicyAI team, he serves as a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) expert and domain lead for applications. He has been involved with the editing, writing, and formatting of NEPA documents since 2005. Parker has also served as managing editor and as a technical communications specialist for the PNNL Communications Division.
