Lori Boruch is the team leader for the Change and Transformation Office.  She has global experience leading all types of workplace change from mergers and acquisitions to digital transformation.  Her goal is to help organizations be the best they can be.  Most often that means guiding them seamlessly through major change and transition.  Lori is certified in the Prosci change methodology as both a practitioner and a trainer and focuses on the end-user experience as one of the keys to good change management.  

Lori also has an extensive background as an HR leader working for several Fortune 50 companies.  She has developed multiple leadership and change readiness training programs.  She is known as a strong collaborator and problem-solver.  

Lori holds a Bachelor degree in Social Relations from Lehigh University.  

Outside of work, she enjoys travel, fitness, and baking.  An accomplishment of great pride is having travelled to all 7 continents, including Antarctica.
