Biography

Kendall joined the Energy Policy & Economics Group at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2017. She is currently a Senior Associate Research Economist and works on projects in a variety of areas including the Capacity Expansion Reasonable Feasibility model, water-power interconnection and resilience, distributed energy resource valuation, energy storage cost and performance evaluation, and others.
