Kara Caicedo
Biography
Kara Caicedo is a muIti-talented instructional designer with more than 13 years of experience designing and developing curriculum in diverse settings and industries. At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), she serves as a senior instructional systems designer for the National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence program, developing curriculum to support NNSA's nonproliferation mission. She is fluent with many delivery models to include instructor-led training, eLearning, blended learning, on the job training job aids, and scenario-based discussions. Before joining PNNL, Caicedo worked as a prison-based instructor for Walla Walla Community College teaching adult basic education and community re-entry programs.
