  • Assisted in leading team of 13 developers during, ensuring seamless progress on deliverables and proper alignment of fiscal resources.
  • Secured an FY25 budget increase by $110,000 to an existing 1,200,000 budget during funding holds due to it being an election year, enabling funding for 3 FTEs and sustaining resources needed for project success.


Deputy Project Manager – International Remote Baggage Screening (IRBS)

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) | 2024-current

  • Spearheaded deployment of cloud-based computing systems for international baggage screening operations at London Heathrow Airport and Incheon Airport, streamlining complex workflows and optimizing airport security processing at Heathrow and Incheon involving handling large datasets. 
  • Collaborated with high-profile partners, including Delta Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Leidos, and Smiths Detection, delivering project milestones and gaining highly visible recognition.
  • Successfully negotiated PNNL’s designation as Delta’s UK data processor, ensuring compliance and system integration at Heathrow Airport.
  • Secured $350,000 additional funding for FY26 from Delta Airlines to continue      advancing program expansion.
  • Earned global recognition through press coverage from CBP, South Korea’s MOLIT, Delta      Airlines, and media outlets such as the New York Times Travel Section.
