Biography
Ms. SanJuanita (Janie) Vickerman joined PNNL May 2000 to work in the Office of Support Services supporting the Mexican Alliance Initiative as Senior Secretary. Soon afterwards, Ms. Vickerman began her role as a Project Coordinator/Specialist, a role that has developed over the past 17 years. Currently, Ms Vickerman supports those staff in the Hydrocarbon Processing Group, Electrochemical Materials & Systems and Subsurface Science & Technology Groups, and others in the EED. Her responsibilities include various aspects of project control activities such as project management, project estimating, cost management and schedule management. She assists in the development of periodic (daily, weekly & monthly) status reports to keep project managers informed of their project(s) progress. These reports include labor productivity, schedule status and financial analysis. Working with project managers from the project life-cycle process; from proposal to closeout.
Research Interest
- Ms. Vickerman has developed a skill set for providing project support to those staff members managing Fossil Energy funded programs and business development on a wide range of activities across the DOE complex.
