Biography

Harley Fritts is an instructional designer in the National Security Directorate’s Operational Readiness group at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, which supports the Global Materials Security’s Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence sustainability program. Within this program, Fritts’ responsibilities include the development of training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training. He earned a Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing his Master of Science program in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology for Adult Learners.
