Biography
Gianna Delorey is an instructional designer with the National Security Directorate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Delorey is supporting the Physical Detection Systems & Deployment Division’s Operational Readiness group. Delorey has been involved in instructional design since the late 1990s. She has contributed to various sectors, including e-commerce, data management, higher education, banking, emergency services, national nuclear security, and international nuclear safeguards. Delorey has experience developing and delivering many types of training.
At Oracle corporation, she was involved in developing and delivering training for their content management system. At Seattle King County, Delorey produced instructional videos and e-learning for paramedics and EMTs. At an e-commerce company, Delorey created curriculum and training manuals and conducted live training sessions for customers. Most recently, she designed and created the Safeguards State declarations e-learning website for the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna. She has also developed training for the nonproliferation group at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
