Denise Ritzmann is the Division Administrator for the Electricity Infrastructure and Buildings Division (EI&BD), providing advanced administrative support directly to the EI&BD Division Director and serves as the primary administrative liaison for the division, encompassing 8 groups and over 400 personnel. Denise joined PNNL in 2018 as the Group Administrator to the Optimization and Control Group, where she established herself as a trusted resource on PNNL policies and business systems, providing her knowledge and insight as a means to foster collaboration and streamline processes. Known for her dedication and versatility, Denise has routinely been sought after for additional assignments including her current activities supporting the LDRD investment Energy System Co-Design with Multiple Objectives and Power Electronics (E-COMP) and the DD Forum.

Denise is the recipient of the 2024 Administrative Professionals Distinguished Leadership Award and has been recognized multiple times as a finalist in the EED-EI&BD Of-The-Year Awards.
