Biography

Chinmayee Subban is a chemist in the Coastal Sciences Division of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), with a joint appointment at University of Washington as affiliate assistant professor. She is interested in developing novel materials and methods to aid sustainable development. Her current research is focused on harvesting critical elements from non-traditional sources and on advancing the science and technology around marine carbon dioxide removal.
