Biography
Cheryn Metzger joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in 2014, and has been supporting the Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Office since 2009. Metzger started her career at PNNL leading research in the PNNL Lab Homes and in the field, validating new technologies intended in real-world situations. More recently, Metzger has led teams of researchers working in both residential and commercial buildings, focused on solutions that respond directly to end-user needs. Metzger is currently the residential and commercial buildings sub-sector program manager and serves on the PNNL Institutional Review Board.
