Biography
Animesh Pattanayak is a cyber security engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). His diverse work portfolio includes supply chain risk management (SCRM), critical infrastructure cyber security, and software development. He leads the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) labeling project at PNNL, a multi-lab effort to respond to the call for a U.S. Cyber Trust Mark by the White House. He also performs SCRM evaluations and develops standard operating procedures for multiple SCRM analysis tasks. Pattanayak also writes industrial process automation scripts, develops web applications, and performs data analysis. He holds a master of science degree in computer science from the University of Idaho, where he received the National Science Foundation’s CyberCorps Scholarship for Service. Pattanayak loves spending his free time at the beach in San Diego with his wife and two dogs, dedicating time to various service projects within his community, and making music as a singer-songwriter.
