The sixth annual Western States Regional Conference of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) is a 3-day event showcasing presentations, keynotes, tutorials, and tours all focusing on topics related to systems engineering. The WSRC is not just for INCOSE members or systems engineers.
